Texas A&M University System Board of Regents to Hold Special Meeting Sept. 7

COLLEGE STATION, Texas –The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents will hold a special meeting Sept. 7 at 10 a.m. in the Board of Regents annex of the Memorial Student Center on the campus of Texas A&M University.

The meeting will convene in open session and immediately recess to executive session. The Board will reconvene in open session to consider action on the following items:

  • Authorization to execute a ground lease for construction of an office and research laboratory complex on the campus of Texas A&M University and a lease of a research laboratory building at the newly constructed complex – A&M System;
  • Authorization to execute a ground lease and pre-development agreement for construction of student housing on the campus of Texas A&M – A&M System.
