Where: Board of Regents Meeting Room, Board of Regents Annex, Gene Stallings Boulevard in College Station
What: Telephonic meeting of the Board of Regents. The Board will convene in open session and immediately recess to executive session. After the recess, the Board will reconvene in open session to consider and take action on:
- Item 1 – Appointment of Dr. Ruth J. Simmons as President of Prairie View A&M University
- Item 2 – Authorization for the President to Negotiate and Execute Employment Contract with Head Football Coach, Texas A&M University
