Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is ushering in a transformative new era for Texas 4-H with the creation of the program’s first dedicated statewide headquarters at the Texas A&M-RELLIS campus. Designed as a modern hub for innovation, leadership development, and hands-on learning, the new center will support youth, volunteers, and educators from all 254 Texas counties. With collaborative learning spaces, classrooms, conference areas, and a dedicated recording studio, the headquarters will elevate the reach and impact of the nation’s largest youth development program. As Texas 4-H continues to engage nearly 520,000 young people each year, this new space will empower the next generation to explore science, leadership, and—at its core—the agricultural foundations that fuel Texas’ economy and communities.
To bring this vision to life, AgriLife Extension and the Texas A&M Foundation have launched a capital campaign supporting the design, development, and sustained success of the facility. This effort offers donors a chance to invest in an institution that has shaped agricultural leaders for more than a century—young Texans who will become the producers, scientists, policymakers, and innovators guiding the state’s future. With programs spanning livestock, natural resources, food systems, engineering, and ag entrepreneurship, Texas 4-H remains a powerful training ground where youth gain the skills, values, and confidence to lead in a rapidly evolving agricultural landscape. Supporting this campaign ensures that Texas 4-H continues to cultivate the leaders who will keep Texas agriculture strong, competitive, and resilient for generations to come.
