Texas A&M-Fort Worth Launches Voices That Innovate Speaker Series, Presented by PNC Bank

New four-part series opens with a conversation on virtual production and the future of content creation


FORT WORTH, Texas — Texas A&M-Fort Worth today announced the launch of the Voices That Innovate Speaker Series, a new four-part program presented by PNC Bank that convenes leaders from industry, higher education and public service to explore the ideas and technologies shaping the future of work and economic development in the region.

The inaugural event will take place Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Kimbell Art Museum Piano Pavilion, 3333 Camp Bowie Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76107, and will feature a conversation on the business and creative impact of virtual production. The program will spotlight Texas A&M’s Virtual Production Institute and its role within the Fort Worth Innovation District, where advanced technology, industry collaboration and hands-on learning will converge.

“Virtual production sits at the crossroads of creativity, technology and workforce preparation,” said Tim McLaughlin, dean of the College of Performance, Visualization and Fine Arts. “This series allows us to showcase how academic programs and industry collaboration can open new career pathways while supporting the region’s creative economy.”

Together, leaders from film, gaming, technology and public service will discuss how virtual production is transforming content creation, workforce development and economic growth and opportunity across North Texas.
